Concur App Login not recognised

hello, my Concur mobile app will not let me log in. I can log in fine on the web, but one of my iOS device (iPhone 7 running iOS 12.1.2) just does not recognise my login credentials. The other iPhone I use (iPhone X running iOS 12.1.2) works fine. 

I have already: a) chenged password online b) deleted and reinstalled app with no results.

Please help.

Try resetting your pin.

I agree with @DavidW in that the PIN is usually the way to go when it comes to logging into Concur on your phone.

Logging in on your computer and navigate to

--> Profile --> Mobile Registration
