Can you assign your own rates with a Travel Allowance

We are interesting in implementing the Travel Allowance featur in Concur. Are you only allowed to use the government rates, or can you program what rates you allow per city?

@dawnweygandt I think you may have to contact SAP Concur to have a new Rate configuration added or to have a different source for the rates other than the Government rate.

You can definitely use your own rates, but do need to request the configuration. They have a spreadsheet/template that you can complete with the details for your specific rates.
