CTE customer portal service levels

Is anyone having problems getting your cases response within 24 hrs?  I have a case since 4/11 and only one reply the case was moved to another analyst.   The analyst has not responded to the case yet.  I have a deadline of April 30 that I will miss. 

My Concur rep knows about it.  I email them every other day.

I have my SAE ready to go into testing and I am creating the test expense reports.
