Mobile App not working

Laptop working fine but my mobile app stopped allowing me to login today. Have reset password and pin but still doesn’t work. Face ID has been disabled as well. Help !!!! Thanks Steve

If you can kindly  reply to me directly or via email your login id and permission to do a reset pin once again for me to test and replicate the issue on my end. Also if you can attach a screenshot of the error you are getting?

Please advise.

Hi There,

 

I have the same issue, unable to login using mobile app. Tried to delete app and reloaded still not working, will only let me enter my company email then goes blank for the password option.. Any help?

To properly assist you on this case, kindly provide me your login ID and your permission  for me to remote wipe your PIN and replicate the issue on my end?

Hi Anna,

I have the same problem and can't log in my Concur mobile app anymore.

The desktop version works fine.

Have tried several times to login to moblie app. Have reset passoword, rest PIN, deleted the app and reinstalled. Still unable to sign in. Please help!CONCUR.jpeg
