leased value

Looking for some information from other users for those that use the leased value field in Concur for the company vehiciles.  Is this mandatory  to use?  What is the purpose of that field?  Looking for some guideance.

Following up on this topic:

The leased value field for company vehicles is a custom field your company would configured on the car registration form. It is not something we provide as part of Mileage solution.

If other Community Members have created this custom field as well they would be a great resource into the best practices around its use. I am looking forward to hearing how others are utilizing this custom feature.
