Pcard & Meeting Card in the Same Card Feed

Hello All,

Are there any issues in having only one card feed for Pcard and Meeting Cards in the same region?

Both card types will have the same payment type (CBCP).

Appreciate your feedback.

It should not be an issue from a system standpoint to have multiple card types on the same feed.  Do you allow employees to submit both Pcard and Meeting card on the same expense report or do you have separate policies that would require the charges to be submitted separately?  You may want to change the color of the card icon for one of the card types to make it easier for your employees to tell the difference between the charges even if you do allow on the same report.

Hi @zluna,

Makes sense that each card type will have their own statement report.  As a visual queue for the employee, I would change the icon colors so that they can quickly distinguish between the card types.  We have T&E cards, P-cards and Inventory P-cards.  T&E must be separate but the two types of Pcards can be submitted together.   However most choose to separate those out as there is special coding required for Inventory cards.  Each card is a different color icon.  Because Pcard and Inventory are on the same feed, we had to manually change the color of the inventory cards but it is a small number of cards so easily managed.

@JeremyThank you for your insights.

Pcards and Meeting Cards will not be allowed to be placed in the same Expense Report (statement reports to be used for each).
